Description

This creamy peanut butter fudge is rich, smooth, and ready in under 10 minutes. A perfect no-bake treat using only 4 ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 ¾ cups powdered sugar


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and peanut butter together, stirring constantly.

3. Once smooth and bubbling, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

4. Gradually mix in sifted powdered sugar until fully combined.

5. Press mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.

6. Chill in fridge for 1 hour or until firm.

7. Cut into squares and serve.


Notes

Use Jif or Skippy for best texture.

Sift powdered sugar to avoid lumps.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
