These creamy no-bake Nutella cheesecake bars have a buttery graham cracker crust and a rich Nutella filling. They’re quick to prepare and require no oven—perfect for parties or when you’re craving an easy indulgent dessert.
Ingredients
For the crust:*
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
*For the filling:*
– 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3/4 cup Nutella
– 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
*Optional toppings:*
– Extra Nutella for swirling
– Chopped hazelnuts
– Chocolate shavings
– Sea salt flakes
Instructions
1. **Prepare the crust:** In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8×8 or 9×9-inch square pan. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
2. **Make the filling:** In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until fully combined. Add Nutella and beat until fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold it into the Nutella mixture until combined.
4. Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust. Smooth the top. Optional: Swirl additional Nutella on top using a knife or skewer.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.
6. Remove from pan using parchment. Slice with a hot knife and top with chopped hazelnuts or chocolate if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat brick-style cream cheese for the best texture.
