Ingredients

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
1 can (14 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding with boiling water until fully dissolved.
Add cold water and stir to combine.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to partially set.
Gently fold in Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed.
Chill again before serving for best texture.
