Ingredients

  • 200g dark or camel milk chocolate

  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: dried rose petals or saffron threads


Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate gently using a double boiler or heat-safe bowl over simmering water.

  2. Stir in the roasted pistachios, sea salt, and any optional flavor enhancers like rose or saffron.

  3. Pour the mixture into chocolate molds or a parchment-lined tray.

  4. Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.

  5. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours until fully set.

  6. Remove, slice, wrap, or serve—and enjoy your luxurious pistachio treat!

Storage Tip:
